- Thank you for your interest in the City of Saints Teen Conference!
  
  The City of Saints Teen Conference is looking for youth friendly volunteers who are committed to journeying with the young people throughout the conference. We ask that volunteers are available from 3pm Friday through 3pm Sunday. There are also volunteer opportunities pre conference and post conference.
  
  Please fill out the Interest Form below if you are interested in volunteering for the City of Saints Teen Conference.
  
  Note: this is an INTEREST FORM. All who fill out this form will be contacted by the Volunteer Coordinator to volunteer.
VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
- REQUIREMENTS FOR VOLUNTEERS:
  
  All Volunteers are 21 and over
  
  All Volunteers must present a valid VIRTUS certificate
  
  All Volunteers must be fingerprinted or provide their diocese background check process
  
  VOLUNTEER AREAS:
  
  Hospitality: Be as welcoming presence to the young church and assist in flow of the conference.
  
  Safety: Keep our participants safe and join our security, transportation, or first aid team.
  
  Connectivity: Assist as part of our digital communications team or audio/ visual needs throughout the conference.
  
  Accompaniment: Journey with participants as a spiritual companion or as a leader in the Plaza or our Sacred Space.
  
  Logistics: Help during registration or with behind the scenes tasks leading up to and during the conference.
  
  Pre or Post Conference: loading a truck from the storage unit, preparing check in bags for groups, loading up items to take back to the storage unit. (Does not need to be present during the conference).
  
  We are thankful for your time during this experience! If you cannot be with us during the weekend, there are other opportunities to volunteer before and after the conference.
  
  Is there a cost for volunteers?
  We are blessed and grateful for all the volunteers who can help make the City of Saints Teen Conference possible. For those staying at the UCLA campus, the cost will be $100. This helps with the costs of housing and meals. Thank you for understanding.

  Information Meeting

  During this meeting, we will discuss the various volunteer opportunities and we ask that you select which area you would like to commit your time and gifts to.
  
  Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  In Person Meeting for all final volunteers
  
  During this meeting, we will go through all the logistics for volunteers and review what the volunteer roles responsibilities are. You will receive more detailed direction during this meeting.
