Juan Arambul has committed his efforts to building stronger communities and organizations. His passion for youth development grew throughout college and ultimately led him to create team-building and leadership initiative programs. Juan and the ANEW Project seek ways to express creativity and help others find passion in the work they are doing. As a youth development consultant, he has spent numerous years leading retreats, summer camps, and speaking to schools about leadership and project-based learning. His innovative approach towards teaching has helped develop more unified communities, by integrating customized activities within group dynamics. He coordinates and facilitates, retreats, urban plunges, leadership days, and workshops throughout California. He formed the “Associated Network of Educational Workshops,” as a way to give back and help others become the best version of themselves. Arambul is passionate about motivating others and is a firm believer that everyone possesses gifts and talents that should be shared with the world. His commitment to developing communities has given students and staff life-changing experiences.
