Interactive Component: The City of Saints Teen Conference requests that all exhibitors include an interative component to their exhibit. This could be a game, give-away, activity, etc. The purpose is to encourage interaction between the participants and the exhibitors.
COVID protocols
The City of Saints Teen Conference committee is closely monitoring COVID protocols. As of March 14, 2022 all participants and volunteers attending the event at UCLA must show proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID test and wear a mask while indoors of any UCLA buildings. We thank you for your patience and attention with the fluid situation.
All booths feature tables that are 2 ½ ‘ x 6’, WIFI, access to electricity, and central trash. Table cloths, individual trash cans, and extension cords are not provided.
The City of Saints Teen Conference offers pricing options for exhibitors offering only information and exhibitors who plan to sell goods. Informational tables are available to any organization that only wishes to advertise or promote their services. Booths that plan to sell product or take advance orders for products must pay the Retail rate.

Booths can be configured in an arrangement of your choosing. However, booths must receive approval from the Plaza Coordinator.
As an exhibitor, you will receive complimentary access to our conference programming. However, meals and housing are not included in this package. Exhibitors can purchase meal and housing packages at the following rates:

Meals Only | Meal tickets can be purchased for a single meal, or for all meals throughout the conference. All meals are served buffet style in one of the many dining halls on campus. | $15 per meal |
Permits: ALL exhibitors are required to complete and submit a Special Event’s Certificate. Retail booth exhibitors must also submit a seller’s permit (temporary seller’s permits will be accepted).
