Registration Details and Policies

City of Saints Teen Conference is open to high school aged youth and their chaperones.

Cost: $210 per participant

There are two ways to register for this event:

Pre-Registration: November 1st – January 31st (NOW CLOSED)

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve each space.
  • This initial deposit may be paid by credit card, or check.
  • Payment must be received within 2 weeks of securing your spaces. If a deposit has not been received after 2 weeks, the pre-registration will be canceled and spaces will be released.
  • Unneeded spaces can be dropped until May 1st. The $50 non-refundable deposit for each space dropped will be applied towards the remainder of your group balance.
  • After May 1st, if spaces are dropped, the $50 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. The group will be responsible for payment in full.

Registration: (NOW CLOSED)

  • The total amount of $210 per participant is due at the time of registration.
  • Spaces are non- refundable and may not be transferred to another group

Please Note:

  • Chaperone’s must be 21 years of age or older. If your group is registering male and female participants, then male and female chaperones are needed.
  • For those turning 18 in the weeks prior to the conference, please plan accordingly in arranging to be fingerprinted and in compliance with all Safe Environment Policies. For those who turn 18 within 10 days of the start of the conference, please contact Victoria Radleigh in the Youth Ministry division for more information.
  • Spaces are group specific, meaning that they may not be sold or transferred to another group. Groups are welcome to register participants from another parish or school as part of their group.
  • If a young person cancels and you wish to fill their space with a substitution, please notify the Youth Ministry Division of the Office of Religious Education of your change. No changes or substitutions will be accepted past June 9th.

  • *Any individual who turns 18 on or before August 4th will considered an adult. Therefore, all adult guidelines will apply. If you are registering an individual who will turn 18 within 10 days of the start of the conference, please contact Victoria Radleigh at 213-637-7674.

For Group Leaders (responsible for all necessary forms)

STEP THREE: Make full payment to the Archdiocese of Los Angeles by June 9, 2017.

Limited scholarship funds are available. Scholarship applications will be accepted from high school aged participants, or adult chaperones (age 21 or over). At this time, we are not able to accept scholarship requests for young adults no longer in high school but under the age of 21.

Additional Information:

  • If a group purchased spaces during pre-registration (November 1, 2016 – January 31, 2017) they will have until May 1st to drop any unused spaces. The $50 non-refundable deposit for any dropped spaces will be applied to the balance of your group. After May 1st, if spaces are dropped, the $50 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. The group will be responsible for payment in full.
  • Group that registered after February 1, 2017 are responsible for the full payment at the time of purchase. Refunds are not available.
  • Deadline for payment of final balances is June 9, 2017
  • All forms including final roster are due June 9, 2017.

Scholarships: (NOW CLOSED)

Limited scholarship funds are available. Scholarship applications will be accepted from high school aged participants, or adult chaperones (age 21 or over). At this time, we are not able to accept scholarship requests for young adults no longer in high school but under the age of 21.

To Apply:

  • All scholarship recipients are asked to complete a project reflecting on their experience. Scholarship Project Guidelines can be found here
  • The last day to submit the application will be March 31, 2017.
  • Scholarship Applications will be reviewed April 1st – April 13th, 2017.
  • Recipients will be notified by April 14, 2017.

Please note that scholarship funds are awarded to specific individuals. They may not be transferred to other participants (nor applied to a group’s remaining balance) if the recipient’s registration is canceled or a new participant is substituted for the recipient.
